Something Yet To Be is a four-week process.

Groups can be started anywhere. All that is required is that the necessary number of women enroll in the process.

Participants meet once a week for four weeks, for 2 to 2½ hours. Groups range in size from 4 to 8 women and two co-facilitators. Both facilitators participate as equals in the process. They are on their own journeys and continually benefit from the wisdom that comes out of each group. None of us are ever "finished" growing if we are alive and curious.

The training focuses on the stories we heard as children and the stories that we continue to tell ourselves as adults. Each of us believe stories about ourselves that keep us from exploring who we are really can become.

Throughout the process, we use story and how we are each author, editor, and publisher of our own story OR actor, director, and producer of our own drama/comedy, all at the same time.

Other tools include :
  • Visioning
  • Mapping
  • Physical and mental play
  • Generous listening
  • Owning and focusing on strengths
  • Assembling a support team
  • Building and maintaining a nourishment network
  • Working through obstacles
  • Learning how to live in a world of strength and creation
  • Movement - both physical and mental
  • Connecting with others

Participants often want to continue to connect with each other after the main training is competed. On-going women's circles are starting to form. Information about them is available during the main training.
