When we met, he told me I had an artist's soul and encouraged me to create a life I love. With him as my rock, I have been able to finally understand all those years of questing, of reading, of the struggle to understand my soul's purpose. A weekend retreat on the Art of Hosting in November 2007 was the seedbed in which Something Yet To Be began to grow. Within six months, I had outlined the plan for the work, developed marketing materials, invited Steph to assist me in the work, and began contacting other women to join us on the journey.
I chose to work with Steph because:
She is my sixth sister. Mother gave me 5, life gave me Steph. Our paths have stayed connected since we first met in 2000 and my life has been enormously blessed by her presence. I call her a Truth Light because her inner light draws people to her like a moth to a flame. Trusting her listening, they share truths, along with their most intimate hopes and dreams. She is the dawn of the future. Like all the cultural creatives, she is 20 years ahead of her time, rising like the sun on the possibility of a new tomorrow.

I choose to work with Janet because:
Janet is a FORCE OF NATURE, I see her as limitless positive energy. I met Janet when she interviewed me for a position as the director of a small non-profit in York. She was board president and made the job interview feel like a conversation about life, not an interrogation. She speaks to everyone in this friendly, intimate and straightforward manner. As I worked with her over the years, I also came to see her as an EARTH MOTHER VISIONARY.
I am attracted to and interested in concepts or notions that are apparent opposites. While Janet is a gardener and perfectly comfortable hauling mulch and literally getting her hands dirty, she also sees great possibilities that seem like they could only exist beyond the stars. I believe she came into my life to assist others and me in the endless quest to touch both heaven and earth to the fullness of our capacities.
